With the seemingly endless summer now a distant memory, we are looking forward to a wonderful season ahead.

This is our favourite time of the year at Langley, when the grounds are resplendent in autumnal colours. But don't take our word for it... come and enjoy a coffee, or an overnight stay and see for yourself!

This month sees us hosting some lovely weddings, as well as our first ever theatre production, and our wedding fair.  We also have another great offer available for those of you who want to come and stay with us.  Further details can be found below.

Anyone who has stayed at Langley Castle before, will know that there are some outstanding local walking routes.  Hadrian's Wall is, without doubt, the most popular for many of our visitors.

However, there are many other walks nearby which allow you to appreciate the beauty of the South Tyne.  One of the most picturesque is Allenbanks & Staward Gorge.  This stunning riverside and woodland walk is only a short drive from Langley, so make sure you add this to your itinerary when you next visit - you won't be disappointed!

Just a gentle reminder for any Bride or Grooms-To-Be, that on Sunday 14th October 2018 we will be hosting our wedding fair.  This will be a intimate event, with exhibitors covering all aspects of your day on hand to answer any questions, and perhaps give you some inspiration!

It may also be the first time you have visited the Castle, so this is an ideal time for you to explore the public areas and private bedrooms and have a chat with the wedding team. 
 
Doors open at 12.00 am until 3.00 pm

One thought, one conception, one purpose … the unfolding of the deepest mysteries of creation…

There are still spaces available for our Frankenstein Theatre production presented by Time Works Theatre which will take place on Friday 26th October.  This is the first event of it's kind that we have held at Langley and it promises to be a great night out.  

Tickets are £13.50 per person.

In the months running up to Christmas we are well aware that spare money can be hard to come by for some, so treating yourself is often left for another time.
